Mostly used in outdoor gardens and it native to central and eastern parts of the United States. Echinacea has been traditionally used in teas, tinctures, and other herbal remedies to boost the immune systems when treating colds and flu.
Plant Care:
After letting your echinacea bloom, cut the stem above the lowest pair of leaves. Strip leaves and the flower from stem to dry.
