Lemon balm is an aromatic herb that belongs to the mint family. Press the leaves to release its strong fragrance! Its leaves have extraordinary antioxidant properties. Due to this, lemon balm leaves also contribute in flavoring foods like salads, smoothies, sauces, syrups, and teas!
Plant Care:
Cut lemon balm 1-2 inches below the leaf cluster, at my stem node. Stem node – Point where stems meet and looks like a “V”. Use leaves and discard the cut stems.
